Sale or Return

This service is available on any listed wine and is very cost effective.

Our minimum purchase necessary is 12 bottles. This minimum requirement may be increased, subject to discussion, if we feel the volume of wine required is excessive, relative to the likely usage.

We are unable to accept for return; bottles with missing top capsules, full bottles with opened screwtops or bottles with soiled/missing labels. If you are using our chilling service soiled/missing labels will not occur.

For new customers we ask for payment in full, in advance of delivery. We make a refund payment by return, following collection/return of any unused bottles.
